A graduate of the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan, Chef Manny is a gifted culinary artist with a distinct passion for delivering savory menu selections and high-quality intercontinental cuisine. Chef Manny began his career as a talented, young Pastry Chef and quickly advanced to both Sous Chef and Executive Chef. His notable attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and experience as the successful restaurant owner of French Tart are just a few reasons why Richmond County Country Club is proud to have Chef Manny overseeing its premier dining establishment. Chef Manny happily resides in Staten Island with his wife and their four children.
